Ken Behn


Meet Ken Behen, the Founder of Pro Audio Consulting. Ken formed Pro Audio Consulting in 1984. Before PAC, Ken toured with the band Ice Water Mansion doing stage lighting and audio until the band broke up. Ken’s passion for music continues and he can often be found at the concerts PAC supports playing with speakers and cables below the stage. When he is not working, Ken likes to spend time with his wife, two daughters, and his dog, Paws. Ken has a love for adventure and his hobbies include exciting vacations and camping the great outdoors.

General Manager

Meet Mike Morse, our General Manager. Mike has been with Pro Audio Consulting for 16 years and comes from a colorful career with myriad AV, Conference, and Concert experience. Mike has a hands-on approach with a solution to nearly everything. When he is not working (which is not often) he can be found hanging out with his beloved dog Amelia or kayaking and spending time on his pontoon boat: He is a real water baby! When you ask Mike what his favorite event at PAC is he will tell you: “I really enjoy what I do and can’t imagine doing anything else. Lighting the harbor in Watkins Glen for the Waterfront Festival is my favorite event every year. This area is my home and I have lived here my entire life. I don’t plan on leaving ever if I can help it!”

Business Development Manager

Meet Sarah Sarviss, our Business Development Manager. Sarah has been with Pro Audio Consulting for a year and comes to us from a successful background in marketing, conventions, and promotions. Originally from England (the second you speak to her you will notice this), Sarah can be found promoting PAC at many events and functions or helping to run the events that we do making sure everything is going to plan and no detail is overlooked. When not working, Sarah can also be found Kayaking (maybe her and Mike should have a race) and hanging out with her beloved dog Lady. Famed for her sense of humor, as well as her attention to detail, Sarah works hard to make every event the best that it can be from its inception to delivery.
